Connected or contracted load of 50 KVA
For information on the requirements to request this service, customers can visit the corresponding Customer Service office or they can refer to the Wholesale Sales Department, located on the first floor of the NEOS Building, on Avenida Ponce de León, Stop 18th Santurce (Phones 521-4142, 521-4148). The contracts corresponding to the Regions of San Juan, Bayamón, Carolina and Caguas will be formalized in the Department of Wholesale Sales. While the clients of the Regions of Ponce, Mayagüez and Arecibo, can complete the entire procedure in the Customer Service office that provides them service.
