To access, make payments or view invoices in 'Mi Cuenta' you must:


  • Make a Hard Refresh in your Browser:

    • Chrome: Press Ctrl and click the Reload button or Press Ctrl and then F5
    • Firefox: Press Ctrl then F5 or Press Ctrl + Shift and then R
    • Internet Explorer: Press Ctrl and click the Refresh button

On your cellphone, you must clear the navigation history and website data:


  •     Safari:   Settings: Clear History and Website Data 

  •     ChromeAdvanced Configuration, Privacy, clear navigation history



To see the invoices, you must have a .pdf reader like Acrobat Reader


Verify that you do not have Windows Pop-Up blocked


How to partially disable the popup blocker in your browser? Our 'Mi Cuenta' Portal, which offers services over the internet, uses pop-up windows or pop-up windows to process payments. Most internet browsers are configured to block these pop-up windows. Follow the instructions below to configure your browser and partially disable them in the Safari, Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer or Edge browsers and allow them on your websites.

Safari for macOS does not allow to unblock the windows pop-ups by website. To allow pop-ups:

  1. From the Safari menu, choose Preferences and click on the Security tab.
  2. Make sure that the Block pop-up windows option is not checked. Leaving this option unchecked will allow pop-ups.
  3. To block pop-ups again, just check the Block pop-up windows checkbox

  1. Open the Chrome browser, open the page where you want to enable pop-ups.
  2. In the Chrome URL window, mark the complete web address and choose the Copy command from the Edit menu.Mark the icon with the three dots at the top right of the browser.
  3. Click on Settings
  4. Move to the end of the Settings section and choose, Show advanced settings ....
  5. In the Privacy and Security section, choose Content settings .... The Content settings screen appears.
  6. Move to the Pop-ups and redirect section and make sure that the radio button Do not allow any site to show pop-ups is selected.
  7. Check Manage exceptions ...
  8. In the field called Hostname pattern, use the Paste command in the Edit menu and make sure that the Behavior dropdown is marked as Allow.
  9. Note: Copying the web address you want in the Hostname pattern will allow pop-ups to appear only on the page you want and not on all websites. If you want to activate pop-ups for all sites, in step 7, check Allow any site to show pop-ups.
  10. Close all windows.

  1. Open the Firefox browser, open the page where you want to enable pop-ups.
  2. In the Firefox URL window, mark the complete web address and choose the Copy command from the Edit menu.
  3. Mark the icon with the three horizontal bars at the top right of the browser.
  4. Select Options (Windows) or Preferences (macOS).
  5. In the menu on the left, click on the Content icon to see this section.
  6. In the Pop-ups section, make sure the Block pop-up windows checkbox is selected, then press the Exceptions button ...
  7. In the Address of web site field: use the Paste command in the Edit menu and then press Enter.
  8. Note: Copying the web address you want in Allowed Sites will allow pop-ups to appear only on the page you want and not on all websites. If you want to activate pop-ups for all sites, in step 6, do not check the checkbox in Block pop-up windows.

  9. Check Save Changes.
  10. Close all windows.

  1. Open the Internet Explorer browser, open the page where you want to enable pop-ups.
  2. In the Internet Explorer URL window, mark the complete web address and choose the Copy command from the Edit menu.
  3. From the Tools menu, the nut icon in the upper right corner, choose Internet options.
  4. Click on the Privacy tab.
  5. Under Pop-up Blocker be sure to check the Turn on Pop-up Blocker checkbox, and then press the Settings button.
  6. In the Address of website to allow field, use the Paste command in the Edit menu and press Add.
  7. Note: Copying the web address you want in Allowed Sites will allow pop-ups to appear only on the page you want and not on all websites. If you want to activate pop-ups for all sites, in step 5, do not check the checkbox in Turn on Pop-up Blocker.
  8. Close all windows

Microsoft Edge for Windows 10 does not allow to unblock windows pop-ups on the website. To allow pop-ups::

  1. Press the ellipsis icon (...) in the upper right corner of your browser and then press Settings.
  2. In the Advanced section, click View advanced settings.
  3. In the Block pop-ups section, change the button to Off. Now Pop-ups will be allowed.
  4. To block the pop-ups again, change the button to On.


Passwords:

  • If after changing your password, you have difficulty logging into your account, you can send an email to SERVICES@PREPA.COM
  • You must include your name, your registered account (s), email and a phone number where we can communicate with you during business hours. The authorized personnel of the Authority will communicate by telephone or send you an email with the information to access.

The password must contain a capital letter and a lowercase letter, a number and a special character -_! # $ ^ +% & @ *.,? and at least 8 characters.
